Here's a quick post about an outfit I wore last week (Thursday I believe) to work. I'm always talking about how I'm not able to take pictures of my outfits during the week because it's almost dark by the time I actually get to my house (after picking up my son) and then when I'm at my parents there really isn't anyone there to take pictures for me unless I catch one of my sisters there!! I'm thinking about getting a tripod for my camera and just do them myself. I've take them myself before by propping my camera up on something (when I could) so I think I did pretty good.
I like the idea of using Instagram or a similar app, but I don't have an iphone, don't plan to get one. My next phone is going to be a droid, I just like those better from my research and droid offers apps like instagram just not as popular. ANYWHO.....see there I go rambling LOL!! I took these with my trusty old blackberry (which I'm about to get rid of) and I used Picasa do get the cool affects. This is how I might have to take some of my pictures until I find a better solution to taking regular pictures.
With this outfit I decided to try pattern mixing, I've never done it like this and was a little afraid at first, but I did it and I really liked this outfit. I've got to find more items in my closet to mix so I can do this more often!!! :-)
Ok it's time for me to turn in, gotta be up at 5am to get ready for work!!! I HOLLA (in my cedric the entertainer voice)
TTYL!!!

The cardigan and tank were a set from Sears. The skirt, I can't remember where it came from.
My favorite suede booties I got from Amazon years ago.
The 2 beaded bracelets you see will be apart of me and my sister's jewelry line. We're working on putting together our esty shop right now and deciding which bracelets, rings, earrings we want to sale. So keep looking for that to come real soon!! Ring beauty supply store and charm bracelet Tiffany & CO.

ReplyDeleteThank you Keesha!! And thank you for following. It's strange though, people have said they are following me but my follower count hasn't changed. That is one of the issues I have with Blogger. I can't tell if people are following me with GFC (shrugs)!! :-(
