It's a Sad Day: Outfit of The Day

I post this post with a heavy heart, I lost something dear to me, something that I long to get and to have it only be gone......what is it you are wondering, my beloved tripod, it broke now I can't take pictures!!  Just when I was getting back into trying to take more outfit pictures!!!  LOL!!   No my heart isn't that heavy, but my tripod did break.  The part where the camera sits on top of the tripod broke off and now I can't sit the camera up as shown below.  That's not my actual tripod, just a picture example.

So now I have to buy another tripod.  It didn't cost alot because I got it from Target for under a little under $20, but I wasn't trying to get another one until I got new camera, that is if the tripod I had didn't work with my camera. BUT ANYWHO.............it is what it is, I guess I will be getting a new tripod and camera.  Now I won't be able to take outfit pictures until I get another tripod.

Now before my tripod broke the other day I was able to take some quick and not too clear photos of an outfit I wore to work one day last week.  Yeah I don't have to say how the lighting sucks in my house again, I just need to do something about the lighting!!

Well enough of the me and my broken tripod, enjoy more of the pictures.  Let's hope the next time I post an outfit picture it will be with a new camera and tripod!! :-)

Oh let me say I love my pleated skirt, I actually have a things for pleats lately.  I am aiming to get more pleated skirts and dresses in my wardrobe.

Pleated Skirt: Ross,  Draped Tee: Old Navy,  Sandals:  Random Boutique,  Ring and Bangles: Burlington Coat Factory,  Charm Bracelets: Tiffany & Co, Pandora (Jared's),  Beaded Bracelet: Made by Me

Ok, well that is all for now, hope everyone is enjoying there Labor Day Weekend.  Please be safe and have fun!!

    1. Having the tripod makes taking pictures alot easier, unless you have someone that can take them for you.

And thank you so much for the award, that is totally awesome!! :-D

  4. I am so sorry. I know that must be frustrating. Tripods help a lot so I know that is a major loss. I used to put mine on the table or position it on my car, LOL. You look beautiful and I love the pleated skirt and that pretty turquoise ring.
