Music To My Ears: Daley

Those that follow me and have paid attention LOL know that I love music, my taste is very eclectic, but on of my favorites is what some call Neo-Soul.  Some say it's R&B with a Jazz twist, I just call it great music.  I am happy when I find a new "Neo-soul" artist because you don't have many that are widely popular.  I wish they were because it tops some of the mess they play in the radio these days and that includes some R&B.

Well I was driving in my car listening to XM radio and I happen to catch a bit of a song, (you can discover alot of great new artist listening to Sirius/XM radio) and the voice kind of reminded me of Marsha Ambrosius and I thought ok let me write this down because I am going to have to go download this song when I get home, (I love Marsha since her Floetry days).  However, to my surprise it wasn't her it was a young guy by the name of Daley a British singer/songwriter.  As soon as I got home I Googled him so I could see if I could get the song.   Then I had another surprise when I found the song, Marsha Ambrosius was on the song (Be Alone Together) with him, so cool!!

Now there aren't many songs I run to download after hearing it only ones but this one I did.  I love the groove and the lyrics on this song and Daley and Marsha's voices go so well together.  I will stop rambling on, you listen/watch the video/song and see how you like!!
